You can walk in without an appointment.

Our showroom is a five-minute drive from most of Round Rock. Stop by, walk the samples, and talk through your project with someone who actually knows the material, not a call center.

We know what Round Rock homes are built on.

02

Central Texas clay soil and concrete slab foundations behave a certain way, and we have been leveling, moisture testing, and installing on them for over two decades in this exact city.

You are not our first Round Rock project.

Chances are good we have already installed a floor within a few streets of yours. We have seen the layouts, the builders, and the quirks of homes across nearly every neighborhood in this city.

Where We Work

Round Rock neighborhoods
we know well.

Round Rock is not one homogeneous market. A 1990s Brushy Creek home and a new build in Paloma Lake need very different things from a flooring company. Here is a look at some of the neighborhoods where we spend the most time, and what tends to matter most in each.

01

Teravista

Golf · Resort-Style · Master-Planned
Homes here tend to be larger and newer, and homeowners often want wide-plank engineered hardwood or premium LVP that matches the polish of the community itself. We see a lot of open-concept main floors that need consistent flooring running through kitchen, dining, and living areas without a seam in sight.
02

Forest Creek

Established · Golf Course · Mature Trees
A lot of our Forest Creek work is replacement, not new build. Original builder-grade carpet or laminate from the 1990s and 2000s finally giving way to hardwood or tile. These homes usually have generous room sizes, which means the subfloor prep matters even more to get a floor that stays flat and quiet.
03

Paloma Lake

Lakefront · Newer Construction · Northeast RR
Newer homes here often already have a builder-grade LVP or carpet package, and homeowners come to us wanting an upgrade that actually reflects the price point of the neighborhood. Waterproof flooring is popular given how many homes back up to the walking trails and the lake itself.
04

Behrens Ranch

Family-Friendly · Top Schools · Northwest RR
This is a family neighborhood through and through, and it shows in what people ask for: durable, low-maintenance flooring that can survive kids, dogs, and daily foot traffic without needing to be babied. Waterproof vinyl and scratch-resistant laminate are frequent requests here.
05

Old Town Round Rock

Historic · Walkable · Downtown Core
The homes closest to downtown tend to be older, with real character and real quirks: uneven subfloors, older concrete, additions built at different times. This is where our leveling and moisture testing work earns its keep the most, and where we get to help a genuinely historic home feel new again.
06

Brushy Creek

Established · Affordable · Mature Trees
A well-loved, established part of the city with homes that have usually been through at least one prior flooring update. We do a lot of straightforward replacement work here, carpet to hardwood, dated tile to modern LVP, for homeowners who have lived in the same house for years and are finally ready for a change.

Round Rock sits right against several other communities we serve regularly. If your neighborhood is closer to one of these, you will find more area-specific detail on those pages.

Common Questions

Round Rock
flooring questions.

If something isn't covered here, call us at 737-260-7115 or stop by the showroom.

Do I need to visit the showroom, or can you come to me?

+
Either works. Many Round Rock homeowners stop by our N. Mays Street showroom first to see materials in person, then schedule a free in-home estimate. Others prefer we come to them first. We are happy to bring samples to your home during the consultation either way, so you can see how a material actually looks in your own light before deciding.

What flooring works best for Round Rock's clay soil and slab foundations?

+
Engineered hardwood, vinyl plank, and tile are the most reliable options directly over a concrete slab. Central Texas clay soil shifts seasonally, which is why we moisture test every slab and correct any subfloor variance before installation, regardless of which neighborhood you are in.

Do you work in newer neighborhoods like Paloma Lake and Teravista?

+
Yes, regularly. Newer builds often come with a builder-grade flooring package, and a lot of our work in these neighborhoods is upgrading that to something that better matches the home. We are familiar with the layouts and common builder standards in most of Round Rock's master-planned communities.

Do you work on older homes in Old Town or Brushy Creek?

+
Yes. Older homes closer to downtown and in established neighborhoods like Brushy Creek often have more subfloor variation, additions built at different times, or flooring layers stacked on top of each other from previous updates. This is exactly the kind of project where our leveling and prep work matters most.

How far from the showroom do you install?

+
We install throughout the Austin metro, including Round Rock, Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, North Austin, and Steiner Ranch. Round Rock is our home base, so response times and scheduling here tend to be the fastest.
