We've completed five projects with Soleil Floors including two repairs from damage caused by our washer. Lewanna has been our contact for all five and she's been nothing but wonderful! I will sing her praises all day.  Her communication is always clear with any updates/changes. Our bathroom remodel came out beautifully because she helped guide me through the decision making. She allowed me to vent when I was irate after the washer flooded our house for the second time and provided all the documentation needed for insurance. Soleil Floors did an awesome job for us.  They installed hardwoods downstairs and upstairs and replaced the carpet on our staircase.
This involved removing existing hardwood, tile, and carpet.  Courtney was so great to work with during the process and was a huge help from the beginning to end.  Geovanni and his crew did a fantastic job on demo and installation.  Courtney took care of everything and kept me in the loop the entire time being sure to get my input when necessary.  They made the whole process a breeze.  The new floors, baseboards, and carpet on the staircase look amazing. What a wonderful experience!! Our salesperson, Will was professional and informative! The installers, Giovanni, Oscar, Brenda, Mateo, and the whole crew were professional, courteous and informative. They were very detailed and exact with the installation!! Stephanie, the owner, dropped by to check on us and the progress of the job!!
